Registration Form

Before you can join Connect Alloa and come along to our sessions, you will need to complete our registration form. This form asks for some personal information such as your name and contact details, as well as the permission of a parent/guardian.

We need this information in order to provide a safe and secure service for all of our young people and volunteers.
